Systemic Coaching Online
In today´s complex multi layered professional world using the services of professional
assistance and coaching is vital and prudent.

I offer individual online process consulting for professional in various fields.
For me, it´s important to be aware of the structures of the workplace so that they
dont captivate you. After that, it is important to explore your freedom, to see what
can be changed and what possibilities there are to move creatively within the
structures.

After working as a coach for many years in my practise in Germany and in different
workplace set ups I have now come to get to know how effective also online coaching
sessions can be.
Now many systemic tools, like constellation work can be used online as well. During
the process I may use mails, phone calls and other modes of communication besides
online sessions.

Using the new developments in Neurobiology as well as hypnosystemic methods my
coaching sessions help to operate on all levels of our consciousness and
subconscious. And in that way to induce deep seated effects on my clients.
Transcultural Systemic Seminars and Workshops
Germany as well as the global society is characterized by heterogeneity to a great extent.
The various contexts, which are characterized by diversity, oscillate on different levels of
interaction. The context of migration and the diverse formations of identity interacts with
other reference systems. This brings a multi-layeredness and complexity to the world of
work. Not only the background and information on diversity is relevant, but also to track
down the dynamic, constantly changing processes of increasing hybridization and to
effectively anchor professional action there.

The systemic approach, with its principle of impartiality, resource orientation and
change of perspective, makes a significant contribution to working effectively and
efficiently in these contexts.

I offer transcultural systemic seminars for professionals for all professionals who move
into professional contexts that are characterized by complexity and diversity, who
themselves have diversity, and who deal with clients, patients and clients on a daily basis,
who bring different cultures, origins and identities.

My training is intersectional, racism and discrimination-sensitive and based on self-
reflexion. I work on different levels of consciousness, with creative diverse methods
based on theoretical background from systems theory, hypnosystemic approaches
and anti-discrimination trainings.
Systemic Transcultural Supervision / Team Coaching
Supervision is a service for professionals in the social and health sector. Because the
commitment to others needs self-care! It s with case management, work processes
and entanglements with clients or themes on a personal level. This ensures a high
level of quality management.

Transcultural supervision adds the cultural racism sensitive and discrimination
sensitive perspective to the sessions.

Supervision means also getting out of the hypnotic quality of the daily tasks and to do
´s pause and take time and space to reflect.

In supervision, you can present your assignments to a "panel of experts" who will
help you with possible solutions and new perspectives! Supervision does not have to
be problem focused.

Successful operations are also instructive and inspiring. Again and again, techniques
are presented and practiced in the sessions that help in mediation work in difficult
situations or with difficult clients.

Supervision is also a piece of self-care! Working with people, as meaningful as it is,
can sometimes also be mentally exhausting. Supervision helps maintaining mental
hygiene.

Of course, confidentiality applies in this meeting - this creates an atmosphere of
trust. ''Supervision is like driving a car: first look in the rear-view mirror before you
drive off''
Transcultural Trauma- sensitive Counselling
Race is the child of racism, not the father.
- Ta Melisi Coates
We have to say the word to address the problem.
- Mary- Frances Winter
From my own experience and as a professional in the field of migration I know of the
physical and psychological exhaustion that arises through trauma and racism, be it
“only” micro -subtle racism on a day-to-day base.

Queries arise by clients concerned. Will my therapist / counsellor really understand
my themes? How much do I look into the trauma themes, when is it too much? What
helps me deal with day-to-day life?

To these themes I offer specific counselling in a safe online space on this theme.
Healing is possible in the form of a holistic process of integration.

It is understood that there is a possibility of a first contact free of charge to assess the
possibilities in hand.
